X-Tracker is the new tool for helping projects to reach successful completion on time and in budget. The tool has already won the acclaim of funders and insurers as well as core project team members as a unique neutral risk management tool.

X-Tracker utilises the internet to creating a virtual, safe arena in which project team members provide monthly feedback on their perceptions about the project. This feedback is confidential, without prejudice and is only ever fed back to the project in a pre-agreed anonymous format.

ResoLex provides a monthly report that gives an overview of the project team's perceptions. The report is easy to digest and uses traffic lights and trend arrows. It quickly identifies any areas for concern on the project and also gives an indication of any change since the previous month.

ResoLex uses proprietary software and a team of industry experts to analyse information that provides a unique view of the project. This leads to greater understanding of the project to enable increased performance. It is continually testing the project risks over the whole project lifecycle which leads to risk reduction and adds a unique tool to help the team to better manage the residual risk.
