Assisted Deal Making
Assisted Deal Making
Assisted Deal Making utilised during the process of negotiation will improve the value of the agreement between parties.
The normal process of bilateral negotiation is constrained by the culture of secrecy. Knowledge of the other party's interest and needs is seen to confer a negotiating advantage. Negotiation is seen as a zero sum game, where any gains made by one party equal the losses by the other.
Assisted deal making introduces a neutral facilitator whose sole purpose is to identify, in confidence, complementary areas of interest amongst the parties to enable them to mutually improve the outcome of the negotiation.
Assisted Deal Optimisation
Assisted Deal Optimisation uses the same process and neutral facilitator, but it is used to find opportunities for extracting additional value from existing agreements.
