Neutral Risk Monitoring

The major benefit our neutrality brings is the ability to address risk on a project or relationship level and build a collaborative approach to reducing risk. We do this by testing individuals' perception of risk on a monthly basis with all of the delivery team and stakeholders.

The unique element of the risk monitoring service is that it is a fast electronic method which all parties agree is confidential and without prejudice. This makes it an ideal "safe" place to communicate any concerns about risks.

This view of the perceptions of risks allows the ResoLex team to very quickly identify where divergence of perception is occurring and by using our forecasting tools, identify where it is likely to occur. Divergence of perceptions, or flash points, represent areas of uncertainty of risk or areas of potential conflict.

Monthly reporting provides an effective early warning system of potential risk impact.
