utilising the skills of Kings College London and University College
London.
Research objectives
The specific objectives of the research are:
- A comparison of the benefits and disadvantages of contracted mediation against other techniques
- A practical evaluation of the impact of Contracted Mediation on new projects
- A consideration of the cost benefit analysis arguments that are used to support the use of Contracted Mediation on a range of projects
- To conduct a series of case studies to compare and contrast certain key issues between projects
- To capture the dynamics of the process in practice.
