Research objectives

The specific objectives of the research are:

A comparison of the benefits and disadvantages of contracted mediation against other techniques
A practical evaluation of the impact of Contracted Mediation on new projects
A consideration of the cost benefit analysis arguments that are used to support the use of Contracted Mediation on a range of projects
To conduct a series of case studies to compare and contrast certain key issues between projects
To capture the dynamics of the process in practice.
