ResoLex has been in the dispute prevention field since 2000.
Our ethos and practice differs from many in the field. Unlike other mediation providers, ResoLex does not appoint members of its specialist panels to any of its other specialist panels. Furthermore, no ResoLex employee appears on any panel. This rigid policy validates our position as the neutral appointing body for disputes within the industry.
The value ResoLex adds to the process is in-depth knowledge of the mediators, both their areas of expertise and their personal style. This is reinforced by a carefully planned and mapped out process for smoothly administering the mediation. The parties and the mediator benefit from ResoLex's fast, efficient and professional service in selecting and appointing a mediator and in mediation administration.
ResoLex has a clear and transparent billing policy. ResoLex charges an administration fee of 20% out of the mediator's fee. All disbursements (such as venue costs) are charged at cost.
We have recently launched the ResoLex Construction Mediation Panel. We will also launch a specialist Human Resources and Employment panel, as well as an IT and High-Tech panel.
