Paul Roberts  CEng.  CEnv. FICE. FCIOB is a professional engineer and manager with over 20 years client senior management experience in commercial and industrial developments and associated operational responsibilities for delivery. He has extensive experience in developing best construction and engineering practice in the UK and internationally including Europe, Turkey, Canada and USA. He is experienced in strategic delivery methods and was recognized by the DTI for exemplary project management techniques following the award-winning delivery of Honda’s largest European investment project (winner British Construction Industry Awards 2002).

He is currently working as a client consultant in the private and public sectors, overseeing projects from strategic conceptualisation through to delivery and operation.  He has worked with major client organisations identifying and adapting appropriate procurement routes. He supports team building by facilitating and enabling workshop style meetings with the client’s internal and external teams to share and develop continuing improvement and best practice.  This enables strategies in risk and program management and monitoring techniques in identifying the most appropriate contract forms in ensuring that lean management processes assist in conflict avoidance.

Paul is widely recognised as a leading specialist in his field. He specialises in complex project strategic set up and delivery in the industrial and automotive sector where traditional construction phases need to be programm managed, integrated and coordinated with specialised equipment installations through a seamless, collaborative and lean management process.
