British Chiropractic Association Mediation Scheme succeeds
Following the establishment of the ResoLex's Professional Mediation Scheme for the British Chiropractic Association this year, the Scheme has gone from strength to strength with outstanding results for parties using it.
Inter-Professional Mediation
The service is particularly applicable to professional associations as it offers very cost effective resolution of disputes between professionals and avoids the unnecessary escalation of disputes, which might otherwise end in expensive court proceedings, lost goodwill, damaged professional relationships and reputations and sometimes, complaints of professional misconduct.
