Invitation to join the ResoLex Panel of mediators is based upon qualification, experience and professional referral.

We have purposly limited the number of mediators on our Mediation Plus Panel so that when appointing mediators the support team is not relying on CV information but personally knows all the mediators well and therefore make decisions from personal knowledge.

With the help of panel member Amanda Bucklow, who is conducting a research project on mediator competancy in association with Leicester University, ResoLex runs a thorough feedback and peer review process for the mediators on the panel. This ensures that all the panel members continue to innovate and improve their personal mediation skills.
