Mediation plus fees

Know what you are paying for

ResoLex operates and very simple and transpartent billing structure.

The fixed mediation fee is calculated as ten hours mediation and preparation as appropriate for the dispute, multiplied by the mediators personal hourly rate.

The mediation fee is split between the mediator and ResoLex at a ratio of 80% to the mediator and 20% to ResoLex.
