The Community Consultation DashboardŽ from ResoLex is a new and innovative tool that provides an effective way to engage with large groups of individuals. The Community Consultation DashboardŽ (CCD) accepts all free text sources and allows users to really understand the perspectives and priorities of any given community.
The CCD transforms the consultation landscape by enabling new engagement techniques to be deployed. The key benefit of the CCD is that a very large number of participants can respond to open questions in their own words and those responses can be made easy to understand.
The propriety analysis technique allows the key themes to be extracted from free text regardless of how that free text is sourced. These themes are grouped and are presented back via an interactive tool referred to as the Dashboard making the themes easy to understand.
Traditional consultation techniques cannot analyse or understand large amounts of qualitative information, often referred to as free text responses. The CCD from ResoLex solves this problem and frees those undertaking consultation from the traditional choices of either asking a set of closed questions to many participants or posing open questions to much smaller groups.
