Edward Moore
The Management team of ResoLex is headed by Chief Executive Edward Moore.
Following the precedent set by the founders of ResoLex, Edward has continued to push for innovation and effectiveness in dispute avoidance and resolution. Under his leadership ResoLex has developed unique techniques for project based dispute management and preparatory software for identifying emerging risks and disputes.
Following reading his degree in Maritime Science at Warsash Maritime College, Southampton, Edward has gained 12 years experience in developing small teams into profitable business units delivering services to major European and worldwide corporations. Throughout this time he has worked with many sectors including airlines, automotive, banking, manufacturing and telecoms. Most recently, while working with ResoLex, Edward has developed a strong network in the legal and mediation professions.
Edward started his career in 1997 with International Communications for Management (ICM), a London business intelligence company. In 1999 he moved to the Netherlands to become European Summit Director for The Institute for Management Research and 2001 returned to London as Managing Director of the International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC) Forums division.
The major projects and industry initiatives he worked on during this time include the creation of a European electronic supply market for the automotive component industry, the operational efficiency and market growth of low-cost airlines, operation issues of moving from code sharing agreements to full alliances between airlines and the convergence of fixed and mobile telephony.
2004 Edward joined ResoLex as Chief Executive. The last five years he has worked closely with the board of directors in developing the three service streams which are now being marketed. This process has seen vast engagement with the legal and mediation profession, the construction industry and surrounding professional services.
During this time he has worked with some of the country’s leading project risk experts on creating X-Tracker, a web based project risk monitoring tool, he has also created the Community Consultation Dashboard which is receiving wide acclaim within the public sector and consultation profession.
Non-Exec and Advisory Roles
Edward serves as a Trustee on the Board of Concordis International, an international peace building charity which currently works extensively in Sudan with smaller projects in the Middle East and Kenya.
He is also a non-executive advisor to New World Media Services, an innovative electronic media consultancy and provider.Non-Exec and Advisory Roles
