ResoLex is a specialist consultancy in risk monitoring and dispute prevention that is recognised both nationally and internationally for its innovation. We use the addition of 3rd party neutrals in projects and commercial relationships to identify areas of risk or potential dispute which are often impossible to spot from inside the working team.
ResoLex services:
Neutral Risk Monitoring
Our ground breaking Neutral Risk Monitoring service creates collaborative working environments. Our unique approach reduces the risk of serious problems developing in the teams delivering major projects or contracts. It operates on behalf of the team as a whole and provides an entirely confidential early warning system that can identify emerging risks and conflicts.
Dispute Resolution
ResoLex operates dispute resolution panels in specific industry areas; Construction, Employment and Patent Compensation.
The Construction Panel is the largest that we operate with over 30 accredited mediators who are specialists in construction. The Employment and Patent Compensation panels are both newer additions to ResoLex both promising an exciting future.
Both Neutral Risk Monitoring and Dispute Resolution utilise an associate model to ensure we have access to the leading experts in the country whilst delivering a highly economical service for our clients.
