Stephen Powles QC - Non Executive Director
As well as a director of ResoLex, Stephen is a practicing QC, mediator and adjudicator.
Stephen's practice has developed into all areas of common law where his scientific training is of value. A member of Henderson Chambers since 1974 and listed in the Legal 500 and Legal Experts, he has acted for major manufacturers, oil companies, service providers, insurers, the railways, computer hardware and software houses, local authorities and firms of engineers, architects, surveyors and accountants in disputes concerning various substantial projects and products.

As a mediator, he is recommended as a leader in the field in

rapport and confidence necessary to assist conflicting parties reach
their own solution.
