Patrick Green - Non Executive Director
Patrick is a co-founder and director of ResoLex, a practicing barrister, mediator, trainer and lecturer in ADR.
A successful barrister who operates from Henderson Chambers in Middle Temple, Patrick has a wide ranging practice but has specialist expertise in the field of employment law and is certainly one of the most recognised faces in the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He is also regularly instructed in commercial contractual disputes and frequently acts in mediations, either as mediator or as an advocate for one of the parties.Patrick lectures in ADR at the London School of
Economics and is a commercial
trainer and has trained city solicitors, businessmen and mixed open
courses in mediation, risk analysis and advanced negotiation. He has
lectured to COMBAR on preparing cases for mediation and is one of the
leaders in innovation in the field of applied mediation.
ResoLex benefits from Patrick's career long interest in mediation and negotiation and his collaboration with Stephen Woodward which has lead to new uses of mediation techniques in business.
He has studied negotiation for 18 years and has attended the Program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard University, completing the Creating Value in Deals and Disputes course and the Advanced Negotiation course.
He has been a barrister since 1990 and an accredited mediator since 1997.
