Mediation Innovation Panel

ResoLex's Mediation Innovation Panel (MIP) consists of a talented team of people, all qualified mediators, who each have unique skills and experience. MIP is central to ResoLex's strategy, development and relationships. It gives ResoLex structured and considered input on all aspects of deliverying ResoLex's mediation services, including identifying additional training needs, and works with the ResoLex Innovation Panel to ensure that ResoLex stays at the forefront of innovation in the techniques and skills of applied mediation.

  • Bring together a group of Mediators with diverse talents and experience.
  • Address current issues in mediation
  • Generate ideas for the development and delivery of innovative mediation solutions.
  • Identify barriers to the wider adoption of mediation, and solutions to overcome them.
  • Promote mediation, including best practice events.
  • Publish the views of the panel
