ResoLex Industry Innovation Panel

The ResoLex Industry Innovation Panel exists to keep ResoLex at the forefront of innovation in applied mediation. This means harnessing the insight, experience and knowledge of those with business and technical perspectives to ensure that ResoLex continues to innovate applications of mediation which deliver real and practical business benefits to users.

Mediation is an inherently excellent process. The task of the ResoLex Industry Innovation Panel is to identify new ways of embedding and implementing it through the design and development of new services, working closely with the Mediation Advisory Panel.

Aims of the panel:

  • Bring together a group with diverse business and technical perspectives, experience and insight.
  • Generate ideas for the innovation and implementation of better ways of doing business through the practical application of neutral assistance.
  • Identify cultural and commercial barriers to the adoption of new ways of working and create solutions to overcome those barriers.
  • Develop complementary approaches to the delivery of business objectives.
  • Provide a sounding board for the ResoLex Mediation Innovation Panel to test new ideas.
  • Promote better working practices and generate industry best practice
  • Publish suggestions for better working and solutions to ongoing commercial challenges.
