About ResoLex
Resolex was founded in 2000 by Patrick Green and Stephen Woodward. Their aim was to introduce mediation, in the form of Contracted Mediation, as a business tool for avoiding disputes that arise on construction projects.
The company was originally a joint venture between Symonds (now Capita Symonds), a firm of international project managers and Henderson Chambers, a Barristers' Chambers based in Temple. In order to boost its neutral position, ResoLex went through a management buyout in 2002.
Edward Moore, the current CEO, joined ResoLex in 2004 and further developed the service portfolio to its present position. Edward, Patrick and Stephen work closely together to ensure that innovation is a continual process, and that quality and value remain the key drivers behind all ResoLex services.
