Two companies - one mission

ResoLex (Holdings) Limited became the owner of ResoLex Limited in 2005 in order to separate the design and delivery of risk management and dispute avoidance systems and software, now carried out by ResoLex (Holdings) Limited, from the provision of individual mediators by ResoLex Limited.

Both companies are trading companies and pursue the common goal of applying mediation more effectively in order to generate real benefits. The ResoLex approach saves time and money and integrates both the principles and benefits of mediation into your business.

Eddie Sibley has recently become Chairman of ResoLex (Holdings) Limited, having had immense experience as a solicitor and is one of the most experienced mediators in the UK. He was a director of CEDR for some 15 years and now sees an exciting future for the ResoLex companies in leading innovation and best practice in applied mediation. Roger Henderson QC of Henderson Chambers remains non-executive Chairman of ResoLex Limited.

Since ResoLex Limited was founded in 2000 it has aimed to do something different in mediation. it broke new ground launching Contracted Mediation and the new X-Tracker service and software, developed by ResoLex (Holdings) Limited marks a further watershed in the landscape of mediation in the UK.

ResoLex (Holdings) Ltd delivers the software and systems for X-Tracker, while ResoLex Ltd provides the independent mediators, risk experts and other specialists - together they provide a unique risk management and dispute prevention service, unrivalled in the market.
